We are a veteran-owned strategic consulting firm that focuses on guiding new entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals, and established business owners through their challenging business endeavors. We offer experience derived from on-the-ground operations from serving in the United States Marine Corps, work experience with the USDA, National Finance Center to completion of the LSU Flores MBA Program & the first Entrepreneurial program at Rollins College. The combination of both military, intelligence and finance experience has proven to be a successful combination across many industries.

Our Founder & Chief Strategy Officer, David Rafidi, Jr., graduated from LSU Flores MBA Program with a Business Analytics focus. He obtained his undergraduate from University of Maryland with a degree in Political Science and Economics and served in the United States Marine Corps; he was honorably discharged as a Corporal. David was known as the Corporal who "trained Marines for 6-figures" and today he is building a career and reputation for guiding interested and dedicated students and entrepreneurs through the process of choosing the right MBA program to fulfill their career objectives.
Our Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, Manuel Romero, graduated Rollins College with a degree in Entrepreneurship & Business and served in the United States Marine Corps; He was honorably discharged as a Sergeant. Today he helps the average person understand the ins and outs of entrepreneurship through the process of determining the right path to achieve fulfillment in their careers and is building a reputation for helping business owners and entrepreneurs create a strategic mindset to tackle any business problems or decisions they will have to make

I am an NCO, dedicated to training new Marines and influencing the old. I am forever conscious of each Marine under my charge, and by example will inspire him to the highest standards possible. I will strive to be patient, understanding, just, and firm. I will commend the deserving and encourage the wayward.
I will never forget that I am responsible to my Commanding Officer for the morale, discipline, and efficiency of my men.
Their performance will reflect an image of me.
