Project management is the step by step outline of how to effectively complete new projects. Almost similar to operation management, the difference here is these tasks are temporary while operations occur on a day to day basis to sustain the business. It starts with the initiating of the project followed by planning, executing, monitoring, and closing of the project. Sound simple enough right?
